Just to let you know, the URPG doesn't operate on the level system. Your Pokemon is always "perfect" in the sense that it is always level 100 and maximum stats, and can use all of the moves on its base moves list. To improve or "train" in the URPG, you evolve your Pokemon and teach it extra moves at the Daycare. To evolve Pokemon, you battle 5 battles per evolution for Pokemon that evolve twice, and 7 battles to evolve, for Pokemon that evolve once. If the Pokemon also requires an item, you must obtain it either from the Pokemart, or by some other method. For example, your Litwick evolves twice, so to evolve it into Lampent you would need to put it through 5 battles (whether you win or lose is not important). Then to evolve it into a Chandelure, you would need to buy a Dusk Stone and battle your Lampent five more times to evolve it once again.
