I forced myself out of bed at 7:30. I was rolling around half-asleep, and then I was like "I gotta get up or I'll be laying here forever." At which point I jumped out of bed (sorta) and ran to the bathroom.
I simply motivate myself; I feel that the later I wake up, the less time I have to do things during the day, since I always have to be in my room by 10 PM.
