In terms of that petition Cartoon Network only airs the anime and since the Team Plasma episodes were skipped in Japan Cartoon Network can't air them cause they prob did not recive it. And TPCI only localize and dubs the episode.

My whole post was written in a sarcastic tone and wasn't serious. I actually agree with you that N needs to appear in the anime, along with TP to introduce the game's storyline finally.
