Agreed, but Lapras is usually used as the surfing Pokemon, but it must want attention that it's stealing it from everyone else.

I know right? Why would you do that, I'd take the blob over having my Floatzel changed to a Lapras, I'm not a fan of Lapras, and now I'm even less of one thanks to this. IT's like they are once again giving Floatzel the short end of the stick and giving Gen 1 Pokemon special treatment again, but this... this is just discrimination against ALL water types, not just Floatzel, but also Gyarados, Vaporeon, Blastoise, Samurott, etc.

That is Why I WILL NEVER HATE Oshawott, it's because I Think he is a Good Comedian and He was Funny with Piplup and Meloetta.

I Think a lot of People HATED Oshawott I Think but I NEVER Did because he was The Comic Relief and after the Writers RUINED TEAM ROCKET( I Personally Think) So, He was the Replacement for them.
