Uhh not sure about that (noodles aren't actually a main dish). The sodium consumption usually comes from spicy kimchi (which uses A LOT of salt during the fermentation preparation), and a lot of other products made from fermentation (because we needed to store food for long periods and making them salty prevents them from going bad. They are almost on every meal table - kimchi being the number one most consumed.). Noodles aren't really the main reason, iirc XD
