To answer your question in stats, you have all level up moves automatically and can purchase any TMs or Daycare moves (Egg Move (BM), Move Tutor (MT), or Special/Event Move (SM)) at the Pokémart as well as hidden ability. There is no four move limit and you are permitted to use as many moves as you have during any given battle. Also, you can switch between abilities (though not in the same battle), so one battle you could use Infiltrator and the next you could use Keen Eye.
