Kanto: Tentacruel, Dragonite, Butterfree, Fearow.
Johto: Starters, Kingdra.
Hoenn: Flygon, Milotic, Solrock, Lunatone, Zangoose, Seviper.
Sinnoh: Hippowdon, Draipion, Hounchcrow, Yanmega.
Unova: Jellicent, Golurk, Galvantuala, Volcanrona, mienshao.
Kalos: Starters, Talonflame, Dragalge, Noivern.

If it seems lopsided, I'm trying to pick ones that would fit the new region, Although I don't know if this was the case with gen VI it does help narrow it down.

Johto: Noctowl, Dunsparce
Hoenn: Swellow, Regis
Shinno: Starters
Unova: Druddigon
Kalos: Tyrantrum, Klefki

Shinnoh: Staraptor, starters, Drapion, Regigigas, Haxorus
Unova: Galvantula, Druddigon, Golurk, Mienshao, Hydreigon
Kalos: starters, Tyrantrum, Noivern, Klefki

31 megas sofar. Is that ok, or do you want a shorter list?

Ok, your list is nice. Was thinking Golurk, but thought it would fit Sinnoh bettter ( if remade). Along with things I forgot to mention, is the state of my post good, was planning on adding that notice below too?

Your post is good, yes. If you want to add Megas that fit SM region specifically, just go in the spirit of Solrock and Lunatone. Pokemon with a light and day theme/feel like Galvantula or Swellow, and Pokemon with a dark/night theme like Drapion and Mightyena.

What number of megas are you aiming for more or less?

30 max, 40 if its still reasonable. Between both gen 6 games there were 50, including primals.
