I wrote a PHP script myself and made the server fool the browsers into thinking it was an image... Which meant that browsers load the .php script, which generated a random seed and returned an image based on that seed.

Otherwise, I might have to go "Lo-tech" and just put all the banners into a rotating gif file.

You can try googling and seeing if there is a hosted solution.

I do remember someone else had a rotating banner that had a different backend. just can't recall who.
