Gali-Gali is forever in my heart... I've just been playing a lot of YGO GX Tag Force 3 so I felt like theming the YGO best boy haha. (you might be on to something there lol)
I actually really enjoyed S2 overall! It had a bit of a slow start with the whole Aston/Takaki arc, but it picked up and had a lot of great moments like the Mobile Armor arc and I loved that showdown in ep 49 with McGillis v. Gaelio. Some of the deaths seemed to happen for the sake of deaths, but it didn't bother me as much as it seemed to bother /r/gundam.
The ending seems to be very divisive though... Honestly it ended pretty satisfyingly to me since I'm not sure how else it really could have ended and made sense. (and I... actually liked Rustal a lot and found him an interesting pragmatic villain, so a certain thing in the ending didn't bother me haha)
What did you think of S2? And how would you rank it against the other Gundam series (or at least against the AU ones)?
