Weird, I also preffer foreign languages in music. There are only a few Polish artists I like listening to. Have you ever heard of this Polish artist Jacek Kaczmarski? He mostly wrote songs for genre we call in Poland 'poezja śpiewana' (sung poetry). He, Przemysław Gintrowski, and Jacek Kowalski are some the few Polish singers I enjoy listening to. Then there are Jazz pianists. Have you ever heard of Leszek Możdżer? (I think that's how his name is spelt?)
might check it out - the main band I know is Radogost, from Brenna, Poland - at least they sing mostly in Polish, so hard to pronounce, they do an English album - Radogost - Encyclopaedia Metallum: The Metal Archives
