That's got to be a record. Surely it wasn't all during the same bout of confusion??

My Onix got confused and hit itself five times, all from one supersonic, before Zubat knocked him out with Bite. If Bulbapedia is accurate that's the maximum number of turns confusion can last.
My Mareep got Supersoniced right after and went down after two confusion hits and bites.

My Butterfree was able to save the day in the end but it was awkward.
(Onix had very bad luck in Azaela town; he also went down to a lucky critical from Bugsy's Scyther U-turning out)

I hate how Supersonic can end up having such an impact when it's one of the most inaccurate moves.

Wow. Such bad luck. It hurts. How did your battle with Whitney go?

I haven't reached Whitney yet. After defeating Silver I got Headbutt, caught a Heracross, and called it a day.
