ok... NOTE: Changing the format can cause in color loss
ok, well... in paint (after you have opened that file) go to Files and the go to Save As
on the bottom, it should say Save As Type... there, you can change it's format... pick PNG/GIF/JPEG
when you are saving your file, it will save in a certain format...you have Photoshop/Paint right?
I think the picture has to be in either GIF/JPEG format
