I remember that, it was Hank's Dirty Laundry I believe but it was unfortunate for Dale that the REAL Rusty Shackleford showed up at one point to try and straighten things out because of Dale using his name.

It's interesting to note that the name "Rusty Shackleford" was actually a proposed pseudonym for Hank in that episode where he gets all those porn videos, but I guess Dale liked it so much he adopted it for his own uses.
