Well, Shaymin doesn't suck. Don't get me wrong. In comparison with most of OU, it sucks though.

I don't like the way you're using the term "legendaries." Look at Shaymin. It SUCKS. Shaymin-s is terrific, but Shaymin... lol. Legendary doesn't mean good. Jirachi is good. Celebi is good. But they're not Uber and they should in no way be banned from competitive battle just because they're "legendaries."

Besides, its fun to battle legendaries, it makes me think more strategically in ways to beat them.

I'm not complaining about using them, I just dont like them in general. I use smogun, but I don't agree with everything.

Smogon is THE tier list. Any other tier list is invalid. nobody puts forth as much effort into metagame playtesting as smogon does. Their decision is absolute. Look under Bulbagarden's Affiliate list. They have Smogon as one. Smogon's tier list is what Bulbapedia goes by.
