If you are finding yourself unable to log in, you should be able to fix the issue by following the following process.
1. Close all browser tabs with any part of Bulbagarden open.
2. Delete all Bulbagarden.net cookies (and if possible, any cached site data for Bulbagarden) from your browser.
3. Close and reopen your browser, open a new tab, and log into the forums on the new tab.
If you've followed this process and are still having issues, please contact us via the "Contact us" link at the bottom of the forum.

Looks like you're being served a cached version of the list, which is resulting in the problems you're noticing. Try clicking on the running UTC clock at the top right of the page. If it's not appearing for some reason, just add "?action=purge" to the URL and hit enter.
@Kirby4ever Looks like the issue is that, due to the resolution of your screen, the image of Cheryl's map was encroaching on the Trainer Tips template. I've changed the line-break call in the anime section to a clearing line-break, which should remedy the issue you were experiencing yesterday.

Logged out users view a cached version of the wikis, but articles will update to match any changes rather quickly.

My mistake, sorry about that. Considering when the issue began & when it vanished, I'd consider chalking it up to holiday-based stress increase on your ISP/Mobile Provider's network.
Can you provide a screenshot of this happening? Additionally, what OS and browser(s) are you using when this occurs? Neither of these special pages are doing this for me, logged in or logged out, so the issue may be localized to some software on your computer.

Agreed completely on the fixing of issues when found. But I do personally suggest that people only use it if it's necessary to use a mobile view, or if they're wanting to help find bugs & other issues. The mobile view needs a lot of work before it's really ready for mass public use.
