    I'm pretty sure one of the later Yo-Kai Watch games did something similar to this where in addition to the normal areas, you could also travel to the past and meet the MC's ancestor as well as there being several specific Yokai that can only be found in the past. :unsure:

    It would honestly break my heart to see them announce a Gold/Silver remake only to see it turn out to be like BD/SP. G/S/C and the remakes are among my absolute favourites in the franchise so I really don't want them touched if its not going to be an improvement. I'd be fine with literally...
