JN has what I call, fillers with a twist. They act like fillers, but at the end a character catches/releases or a pokemon evolves. Examples JN066, JN047, JN070. JN066: until Flabébé evolves and stays behind, JN047: until Skovet evolves, JN070:until James catches Morpeko. There are alot of those...
The Galar starters get the short end of the stick in JN :
-we have a fully evolved Cinderance, who appears less and less after evolving.
-we have a Drizzle who doesnt appear at all after evolving.
-we have a Grookey who debuts after 59 episodes into the series.
Come on writers... Starters...
After DP, pokemon tried to be a reboot, a shouhen, a comedy and now JN (whatever genre this is) Cant they keep it consistent. How more other anime I watch, how less pokemon makes sense in terms of genre.
This feels pretty much like XY, SM. Less loses, easy fights. I maen come on, during XY and SM he lost maybe 8 times? In JN twice, I repeat twice if you count vs Leon and Bea and he is in place 184.
