Personally, massive global stakes are a great way to kill my interest in a story and its cast. It's too huge. I care so much more about a hero going "I've just realised I've left a vulnerable friend with someone untrustworthy" or "I was in the wrong when I made that social faux pas" than I do...

I had a lot of fun this year! I managed to miss out on irritating pranks and a Discord server I'm on had a lot of fun with everybody changing their profile pics and nicknames to impersonate either me, @namohysip. Some other fun stuff as well, like people pretending to be their characters.

The coronavirus pandemic is pretty mad. I stay in the house most of my time anyway, but doing it because of some external situation makes it feel much more closed-in. Stay safe, everyone. Wash your hands. Don't hoard.
There's a lot that I love about DX besides the general graphical and audio quality improvements! I like the quality of life features , the mechanical changes, the intimidating boss cutscenes, and so on. It's great stuff. I just beat the main story yesterday!
