I don't understand why people think Ash is not interested in Mega Evolution. On the contrary, he seems very interested in it. Heck, in "Garchomp's Mega Bond!" he even asked if his own partner could Mega Evolve.

Hm, those last few seconds in the preview look awfully similar to the ending of Charizard's Burning Ambitions, could the writers be doing the same thing here as they did back then? I hope so.

I also think it's because it's happened in the anime before: against Fantina. She opened up with her ace Pokemon and even prior to evolving took out 2/3 of Ash's team before defeating him. I don't see why it can't happen here.

Sheesh, the writers seem pretty intent on keeping everything that happens following Garchomp's Mega Evolution a mystery until the episode airs. But that makes me all the more excited to see if my initial predictions are correct.

After watching the first preview, I can only imagine how Mega Garchomp's rampage will end... Which only increases my hype for this episode! P.S. I think Sycamore got two keystones.
