jigglypuff is approaching mascot level more than Clefairy, IMO. see Jigglypuff (the same Jigglypuff) turning up in many episodes of the anime past Kanto (unusual), not to mention Jigglypuff being in every Smash game. clefairy ain’t ever had representation like that
