Scraggy is kind of cute, but Scrafty is one of few Dark-type Pokemon I never liked. It just looks ugly, and on top of this can't hit hard without Bulk Up/Dragon Dance boost. The introduction of Fairies didn't do it any favours, either. Its movepool is actually vast, with moves like High Jump...
