Um... Well, I guess I have to say cake now. All my cakes I have to bake myself to ensure they aren't overloaded in sugar. And when you make it yourself it tends to feel more special.
This is the cake I made for my bithday.
As much as I love bagels, bread and I have been in a disagreement recently. It doesn't like working with my diabetes.
I actually enjoy making salmon or tuna patties for breakfast. They take less than 10 minutes to make, add a small slice of toast and some fruit to it and it works pretty well.
