Razor Wind should be a Flying-type move. I'll never understand why Game Freak changed Gust into a Flying-type move in Generation II, but not Razor Wind. It would be much more useful if it could actually do super effective damage.

Scald should be super effective on Ice types, in the same vein as Freeze-Dry is super effective on Water types.

Icy Wind shouldn't lower the Speed of Ice type Pokémon. The point is that the move numbs the opponent and makes their movements slower, so it'd make sense for Ice types to not be affected by its effect to drop Speed.
