Snorlax I will agree is very bulky (having a base HP stat of 160). Also, it has a base Special Defense Stat of 110, meaning Special Moves will do less damage than physical ones (has a Base defense Stat of 65).
Makes sense.
A youtuber I watch kept the starter Pikachu on the team when he did a Team Rocket run of Let's Go Pikachu. He could have ditched it when he got Rattata, but didn't.
I know it's a bit TOO late to ask this, but: why did you decide to continue using the Starter when we both know that Team Rocket (or any of the evil teams for that matter) don't use any of the Starters?
Ironically, Red is the guy who took down Team Rocket in Gen 1. With you playing as a member of said team, this will be an interesting encounter. You are not just a grunt, you are currently the only member (the strongest one, of course) right now.
Here is a two part question:
Out of all the Pokemon you have used in this challenge...
1) which one has surprised you the most?
2) Which one has disappointed you the most?
Why was Claire even allowed to be a Gym Leader when she has this attitude? Heck, why was Whitney allowed to? I feel like a Gym Leader should be able to handle a loss and not be such a sore loser. She should have just given us the badge and not be such a poor sport.
Honestly, I feel like if you are doing a "Team (insert name) Grunt" run, you are better off doing it in a game that does not have that team in it. Like, doing Team Rocket in any game that is not in Kanto or Johto. That way, you don't encounter the situation of having to take down your own team...
I think it's funny how back when Gold and Silver first came out, the Red Gyarados was seen as this amazing Pokémon due to its color, but now its like "oh a free shiny. Nice!" It's no longer seen as special. To a lot of people, it's just another shiny to add to the collection.
