There are many things I'm off my rocker about, but this ain't one of em :p
Chicago tomato casserole is all well and good. I mean it's got that much cheese in it and all... But it ain't pizza :)
So I live in NYC, so the answer is of course yes. Which leads to the fact that I prefer NY style pizza (and really there's no other option. Deep dish isn't even pizza its a tomato casserole).
My favorite toppings keep it classic. Pepperoni and sausage. Although the artisan option of prosciutto...
Pretty much me as well. I'm usually a beer (or cocktail) guy, but red wine over white definitely. A nice Chianti, Tuscan or Rioja with red meat is the way to go.
