Eh... not a fan of what's going on with this new series based on the new titles. Basically just generic pokemon-of-the-day filler episodes all of them, with some nostalgia mixed in. Region jumping from one region to the other in one episode promotes fillers since you cannot do any interesting...

The very first shot with the sparkles. That just doesn't look good. Hopefully he will look better as animators get used to his new design like happened in Sun/Moon.

Not impressed with how Ash looks here... imo, Ash's PM design is the 2nd worst one after Sun/Moon. His face looks so off in so many shots in this trailer. Wish OLM had gone back to the sharp design he had in the series before SM. Bleh. The animation was good though in the action segments.

SM only plays music from XY series and forward. (or is it BW too? can't remember). The reason you hear old AG music for example is because they also play music from the recent movies, and there were old Kanto/Johto/AG remixes in those.
