I don't think that'd be the case. Mega Evolutions are what the name implies, an evolution. The pokemon changes to a new evolved stater. Gigantamaxing is but a shape change. They only transform rather than evolve. So in that case, no I don't think a pokemon would Gigantamax into their mega form
