Really love to know what's with these writers and outright wasting Pokemon potential. first with Go basically just storing every Pokemon he catches and then there's TRio with that stupid gacha machine that ensures that they won't get Pokemon who receive any development. For the life of me, I...

And in that very scene of the preview, not only did it linger more on Sobble as Ash’s line played, only having a few seconds on Riolu, but it shifted to Go’s when Morpeko appeared on screen. Add that to the fact that Ash did get Riolu, it seemed to point towards Ash being the one to get Sobble.

I find it kinda insulting at the prospect of Go, the one who really has no interest in battling, showing off the G-Max forms of the starters rather than someone who is actually battle oriented. And as for Go battling more often, little spats with Team Rocket and the occasional wild Pokémon...

Those happened, but it wasn't at a time where both had the Pokemon as an active member of their team at the same time.

As interesting as that would be, I doubt they’ll have Ash and Go actively have the same Pokémon unless it’s a regional variant. Have they ever had 2 cast members with the same Pokémon in their team at the same time?

Can we just fire the marketing department? They seem to make more fake promises than a politician.

It’s even more of a shame because when it comes to a Pokémon like Sobble, Ash is honestly perfect given how he helped Chimchar, a Pokémon who was dominated by its own fears and brought out its true potential. While not quite the same narrative, it’s the prospect that Ash is someone who has...

Which is exactly why it’s perfect for whipping Go into shape. Even if he’s not there for competitive battles, his experience with battles in general and the frustration of losing should show him that he’s gonna need to get stronger for dealing with stronger Pokémon. In addition, it seems random...

The only hope that I can hold is that at some point down the line that a trade plot point comes up in which Ash and Go trade Sobble and Farfetch’d considering things seemed built more towards them having the opposite.

Part of the problem with that people couldn’t predict it going to go is that at multiple points they flat out lied, pointing at it going to Ash, from playing Ash’s line over a clip of Sobble and placing Sobble in with Ash’s team speaking of companions Ash would meet. If people thought it was...

You clearly misunderstood what =/= means. It means doesn’t equal. Ergo, I said that just because it gets screentime doesn’t mean that said screentime is of quality for its development.

It’s relevant because you claim it will still get screentime under go as if that’s some silver lining. If the screentime is wasted on it just existing, what’s the point? It’s a matter of looking at the actual quality so, no I’m not going to delete it.

Difference there was that May and Serena’s Eevee actually did something. Lana’s was a glorified plushie, spending 90% of the time in Lana’s arms or at her side. While it was SM’s last year, they still could have managed something with it. After all, Popplio evolved twice and mastered its bubbles...

The problem is, unlike cases with previous companions, Go does literally nothing. Giving him multiple starters is akin to how they gave Lana Eevee, a completely pointless act. The fact that Go has no goal that actually does something with the Pokémon he captures, Sobble is literally just gonna...

By the way that he said it, that was just a reason he came up with on the spot since he had shifted so suddenly from the obsession of making Mew his first Pokémon to catching all the Pokémon.

If the bug catching episode is anything to go off of, him catching all the Pokémon has literally nothing to do with Mew and it’s just the fact that he’s obsessed with filling the checklist function in the Pokédex that his and Ash’s Rotomphones have and is just using Mew as an excuse. Don’t be...

Even if that is a Christian concept, the concept of greed is never seen to be something that is a positive thing no matter where in the world you are. It’s basically the point of crossing from ambitious to overly ambitious. In fact, in quite a few religious sects, the path to enlightenment comes...

Another thing to add when it comes to the anime basically coddling Go, the fact that the most recent episode ended with Go disappointed at not catching Farfetch’d and the narrator basically saying “But what about Go?” only for Sobble to appear. What about Go? It’s not as though in literally...
