    Mega Mewtwo X is gifted with the highest Attack stat in the game and a Fighting type, but it has no real truly powerful moves outside of Aura Sphere, Focus Blast & Focus Punch to use it with.     I always found it curious that so many Pokemon can learn the weather inducing moves. I always felt they should be reserved for more powerful/evolved Pokemon.

    Lugia is said to be connected to storms, so I wonder why it doesn't get Hurricane. Possibly to keep Aeroblast as its most powerful Special Flying type STAB attack.
