Got Pangoro, but the issue with Oorotto isn't an error; it's because the |name= parameter isn't filled in. Once that is, the bit you're pointing out will clean itself up.
Gen V isn't the only gen with differences between games concerning moves at different levels. The differences are in how they're displayed. Differences between RB and Y, DP and PtHGSS, maybe even DPPt and HGSS, and RSE and FRLG exist. Some might not be widely different (Gen III!Charmander), but...

There's a big mix of both and since they essentially equate to the same thing, can we just pick one over the other?
Because you run the risk of making those route pages unnecessarily longer? The simplicity of the trainerlist table makes rematch information all that much more simpler to view and understand.
And without those tables, the trainer articles are incredibly empty and rather useless, especially...
Hindsight is 20/20. List what's important and who's gonna go looking for a location if in theory you don't already know which trainer you're looking up?
All locations are currently manually inserted into the templates over the names. It wasn't always like that.
