The first time I ever caught a Pokemon, that Pidgey in Yellow version. Yeah, admit it, we all remember that moment fondly. Also pretty much every time I score a shiny. Like that Lapras I got on my birthday, or the Grimer I hatched from the first egg I recieved. With a mustache.
