But Ice already suffers as a type! Though that may be mostly because most of the Pokemon are fragile. But matchup-wise it already is resisted by four types and only resists itself. It's only niche is good coverage against Dragon/Ground and Dragon/Flying, which is pretty common for Dragons. Even...- Word Count: 77

IIRC There is an NPC in DP or Platinum in Snowpoint City who does just that. I agree though, it'd be cool to see more of it. Things that seem a little out of place being acknowledged makes the NPCs seem a little be more real.- Word Count: 47
