I 100% agree that Game Freak needs to grow in size, it's way too small compared to other AAA developers who have developed on the Switch.

To be honest, they do need to eventually embrace the idea of DLCs rather than ignore it. But only when done right, basically, adding stories and forms for the third legendary in the first pair of games. That definitely removes the need to make third versions at all, which saves them more time...
