I'd change Wurmple's evolution method, so that it evolves into Silcoon during the day, or Cascoon at night.

I'd give Morpeko a clearly-defined head and body, like Pikachu and all the other electric rodents besides Togedemaru. It occured to me the other day that the reason Morpeko's design doesn't appeal to me that much is because its body is all one big oval.
