Male Sylveon having only bowtie would look more bunny-like tho, although a bobtail would look fitting for moon rabbits. I personally detested Eevee's gender differences in Switch games. (I preferred the "no gender difference" Eevee variants in NDS/3DS games tho.) Maybe for other Eeveelutions...

Since DP was the first game to give gender differences, all Sinnoh starters should receive asthetic gender differences in the remakes. Piplup line is a perfect candidate since the "crown" design would work for that. Female Piplup will have heart-shaped marks above her beak while female Empoleon...
