I didn't know that, but I think male Sylveon could look better with just a bowtie, while female Sylveon could look better with rounder bobtails.
If I remember, Game Freak did tried making Eeveelutions' ears shorter for females, and longer for males, before Diamond and Pearl's final product...
Male Sylveon having only bowtie would look more bunny-like tho, although a bobtail would look fitting for moon rabbits.
I personally detested Eevee's gender differences in Switch games. (I preferred the "no gender difference" Eevee variants in NDS/3DS games tho.)
Maybe for other Eeveelutions...
Perhaps female Sylveon with shorter, rounder blob tail similar to some rabbits? I would rather have this, since I find Eeveelutions boring (if not gross) if looked the same between different sexes.
They also need to fix Thievul's unused gender differences where females don't have mustaches.
Regarding DP remakes... Game Freak will take opportunity to give all Eeveelutions and other Pokémon aesthetic gender differences. Like short-ear Espeon, smooth-ear Leafeon, cylindrical-hat Honchkrow among others.
Knowing GF gonna recycle scrapped elements, I could see Crobat getting scrapped...

Perhaps Game...
Heart-shaped marks? I mean for a few Pokémon, but since Nintendo Switch cartridge can have more models fitting in, there's a bigger chance all Sinnoh starters and all Eeveelutions will have gender differences.
Even all Galar starters would have gender differences, too.
Since DP was the first game to give gender differences, all Sinnoh starters should receive asthetic gender differences in the remakes.
Piplup line is a perfect candidate since the "crown" design would work for that. Female Piplup will have heart-shaped marks above her beak while female Empoleon...
