Meh. Poulteagiest and Cramorant don't seem like they'll be major. And none of those side features aren't anything we haven't seen since the start (camping and cooking), or can be used significantly. Next round of new info please.

Here's something that hit me: Morpeko is caught by Team Rocket, or or is a recurring Pokemon that gives them trouble. After all, it's somewhat fitting given how they have trouble getting something to eat. It also works with them going from a Pokemon that kept them fed to a one that'll beat...

Usually at the beginning and end of a saga before he gets a -tachii or they've just broken up, and the occasional episode during a saga where the rest aren't around or scattered.

Knowing the TV Show, it'll be something they made up themselves. A small underdog company with Ash as its underdog member (and probably they're only member, or the only one with any skill)

Another thing they could do is make the GLs into recurring characters like they've done in the past (and especially in manga stories). Some of them could even be honorary members of Ash-tachii. That sounds like a great middle ground. :)

Personally, I'd rather Hop be the male companion as well as Gloria as the PokeGirl doe the evening.
