It is likely that that formula is a more accurate representation of the game's calculations than your form. In the games, the order of operations can definitely matter, because the games often only use integer values, meaning when a division is made, the result gets rounded down. So when the...
When you get those 4000 FC, you haven't actually ranked up multiple ranks. You can only move up one rank at a time, when you get those 4000 FC, you just end up having "0 FC to next" for a while until your rank finally climbs above your accumulated FC again.
In the situation you're describing...
Anything done via cheating tools is ultimately just unreliable. They're quite explicitly unsupported, it's not really a surprise if they might screw something up.
Yeah, I usually don't like flash myself, and a simple background is good, that's definitely smart. For lighting, if you can just go anywhere where you can turn on good lights, that should be fine. If you can, you might also try plugging in a lamp nearby and pointing that towards the card. Or...

On the one hand, your userpage is not half so important as the wiki; there's already a policy that users must contribute to the wiki more than they edit their userpage anyway, and if your userpage is the only thing you can edit, that'll never happen, so don't expect that to happen any time...
That is the trademarked romanization. The strict romanization is only used in the infobox, in tooltip text on the Japanese (katakana) name (if it differs from the trademarked name).
Would someone kindly make the edits to Template:Shopitem and Template:PDollar that I suggested on their talk pages? Particularly Shopitem, so proper Poke Mile shops can be made.
Edit: Please consider adding the new Character encoding page to the Data structre nav template as well.
