Nobody seems to talk about Carnivine, but when I was playing Pokemon Pearl a while ago I remembered how much I like its design. As for Sun & Moon pokemon, I love Sandygast and Palossand even though they're probably going to get a lot of criticism for being based on sandcastles.

Some that I can think of off the top of my head are Delphox, Emboar, Meganium, most of the evolutions for older Pokemon that were introduced in gen 4, Skuntank, and Lumineon. Especially Lumineon because it seems like almost everyone forgets it exists.
