Moves that Pokemon should/should not be able to learn
Genderless Pokemon should be able to learn attract for 100% effectiveness across the board. And other Pokemon should be able to use attract on them. Come to think of it, it's pretty lazy that attract still only works on opposite-gender Pokemon, but that's for another thread.- Word Count: 48
