Starters generally cant be found in wild because they were domesticated. They were all caught and live with humans . Just like there arent cows in the wild anymore. In hisui, sinnoh starters are all wild.

A hisuian stantler could be a more baby looking gray stantler. Regular stantler might look like a mix of wyrdeer and hisuian stantler, since it doesnt evolve. Stantlers might have become stronger over time, so it no longer needs and evolution. Sirfetch´d also looks like a white farfetch´d...
