They are already messed up. This episode looks like one of them will feature in Geosenge Town and the other in Reflection Cave.

Meaning that the Gym Battle will be relatively soon.

With the Gym coming soon, I see this scenario:
-The Gym battle would happen around the movie. In the Gym or in the episode prior of this Ash could evolve Fletchling nto Fletchlinder. I think Hawlucha will be catched in the episode/2 episodes after the Gym battle (it may mess up the movie schedule but it's not the first time this happens).

Ramos is relatively quick. A summer episode with Serena in bikini, another traning episode and Ramos.

And the pace to Clemont (specially if the series is not constantly interrupted) could be as quick as it happening before remakes come out.

what happens after November and specially after Ash get his badge against Clemont is a total incognity.
