Neither. It's a vbr somewhere between the two. PPN did two versions. I do one.

Well, you have to realize, I didn't expect to suddenly have this dropped in my lap. I also prefer to do things in a variable bit rate, and there wasn't enough music in this to need a higher bit rate, so the bit rate that is used for this cast works very well.

Also, I don't have decent upload speeds, so to spend the time to upload a 45+ minute cast in 96kbps would take forever.

this is not spam i am simply saying that satoshi-kun is doing a good job at the cast for being suddenly drafted as the cast person while ppn is unavailable.
