It's seemingly taken about four months for anyone outside Japan to really take notice (to be fair, it was 2020), but Ambrella, the Japanese-based developers of a number of Pokémon spin-off titles, was fully merged into Creatures, Inc. on October 16th, 2020.

Founded in 1996, Ambrella had worked on the Pokémon franchise for over two decades, starting with the development of Hey You, Pikachu! for the Nintendo 64. Since 2009, the company had been focused on the Pokémon Rumble series, releasing 5 games over the next decade. The last of these was Pokémon Rumble Rush for iOS and Android devices in May 2019, which was shut down on July 22, 2020. As a result of their acquisition of Ambrella, all rights for these titles now lie with Creatures Inc.

Creatures, Inc. is an affiliate of The Pokémon Company. As a one-third owner of the Pokémon franchise copyrights (the other two-thirds being owned by Game Freak and Nintendo), it is one of the companies responsible for producing and licensing various aspects of the Pokémon franchise, including the Trading Card Game and other merchandise in Japan.
