And thus the Galar arc comes to an end. Overall it wasn't as bad as I feared but I couldn't really call it "good" either.
Ash communicating with Lucario through Aura makes me sad that Aura in general is underutilised in the anime. And thus Gou caught his first Legendary, though for obvious reasons he had to give it up. Interesting that Rose got away at the end, I guess they plan to use him at least once more...presumably for Journey's climax or something.
*Sigh* The Darkest Day plot deserved so much more.
