I've decided to write down notes, important info and the like on all 898 Pokemon. However some entries may not be detailed enough but that's okay. This dex will be in order. If you have any information on any Pokemon let me know it'll be a great help.

Entry 001: Bulbasaurus Plantus

The Bulbasaurus Plantus, otherwise known as Bulbasaur is categorized as the Seed Pokémon. They tend to have a bulb attached to their back which stores energy, either for food or to use it's strongest attack Solar Beam. They are native to Kanto and are rare as they are known to be given to Trainers beginning their journey in the Kanto and Kalos region. They can also be found given away as gifts. Their most known habitat is grasslands and forests. Despite their rarity in the wild they tend to travel in groups sometimes along with their evolutions: Ivysaur and Venusaur. In older times scientist had a hard time deciding whether if it was a Plant Pokemon or a Animal Pokemon, some still argue on this topic to this day. Tend to be observed with vine like limbs within it's body to whip at foes. They are extremely loyal, and tend to be protective to smaller and weaker Pokemon. Their bulb has a sweet nectar located within and Bug Pokemon, such as Heracross can be a pest as they try to suck the sweetness out of it.

Entry 002: Ivysaurus Chelonia

The Ivysaurus Chelonia otherwise known as the Ivysaur is the evolved form of Bulbasaur. The Bulb on it's back has "evolved" along with the Grass Pokemon. These Pokemon have been observed to sun bathe in plains and flatlands, to prepare the bulb to bloom. The bulb has grown to be a larger size with a wood like stem, the result of this is the bulb being more heavy and making Ivysaur's legs stronger. They cannot run very fast, but can deliver a hard hit. Throughout the world there has been reports of Bulbasaur, and Ivysaur being led by Vensaur to a garden where they will then evolve. These gardens are hard to comeby...and have not been fully researched. This Pokemon and their evolutions tend to learn more Normal-Type moves than Grass-Type moves. They are somewhat popular within the Pokemon community.
