well.....I guess in terms of "similarities with Ash", May was the only girl that wore gloves...and Ash wore gloves through all the regions...and besides, there are cute screenies of them handshaking with those awesome gloves :3

I don't think any name could replace Advanceshipping, it was the most logical choice.

It's hard to imagine it being something else... but I'd have named it something that represents how they first met, so it'd probably be something like Littlerootshipping. My creative mode is off at the moment. Though if for whatever reason we had to abandon Advanceshipping and name it something new, I'd be voting for Ribbonshipping.

Hm, i really see it hard to see another name other that advanceshipping. If the manga wasn't made there would of been a strong chance of advanceshipping called hoennshipping, but that nameis already taken since its a pokemon manga shipping name. or maybe when ThirdGenshipping would of been another one, but it just doesn't have that catchy feeling in it.
