At least Sceptile got a good chance to show what it is made of.

And Heracross still could have defeated Shiftry.
*Wishes Heracross stays and swellow goes*. I also am annoyed with Sceptile learning solar beam out of all the awesome moves it can get it gets solar beam.Scott85 said:One must ask the question, why did the writers bring Heracross back just to lose? Bwuh? There was no point.

FabuVinny said:Not that I can recall. Ash's well trained Bulbasaur/Totodile/Cyndaquil did very well against Butch and Cassidy, though.
Snorlax has also done well recently so they aren't getting rusty while they are at the lab.
Well it's a cartoon as we all know anything can happen just like how may's baby pokemon seem to whoop experienced fully evolved pokemon i.e skitty/houndoom, so in all fairness this is a useless argument. Back on topic (like I said before) does anyone know if heracross is still in th team or sent back?.FabuVinny said:It was Totodile's Water Gun that blasted them off, though.
