Just to clarify, consider Pokemon Ranger! Deoxys Crisis!! 'special' to be like the AG121-123 Pokemon Contest 'special'. They all aired the same day as a special, but are seperate episodes. Unless something drastic changes when the episode airs, we will keep our numbering as is.

I think this is the first preview to use the new opening music.

I see Hinata has caught a Mitank. Presumably, she is not using it immediately like the Rangers in the game.

So... Hinata is attempting to capture Deoxys. Is the stuff about the movie to say anything other than the fact that that Ranger is after Kyogre?

Well, I'm still asking: Why would this episode get two episode numbers? I know that PokéAni wrote something about two parts, but at pokemon.co.jp and on that scan I don't see anything about two parts. Also, it doesn't make sense to divide an episode into two parts when both parts are aired on the same day.

All the Pokémon are out of their Pokéballs, possibly to bring a resemblance to the game.

So what does Deoxys want with Max and Meowth?
