If you believe so deeply that Biden won and you do not see this as a “football match” of one team versus another, then what problem do you have in investigating the election considering it was the largest mail in election in American history with many election rules and laws changed at the last moment?
There have already been dozens of investigations, recounts, audits and court cases that confirmed the results. If you’re still in denial at this point, there’s no helping you.

There has been, mainly by the states or local government, I would be more interested in a congressional investigation with subpoena power and what not, as that would have far more investigative power and weight behind it.

Provide evidence that such an investigation is necessary.

Off the top of my head I would go through with the lawsuit of

STATE OF TEXAS,
v.
COMMONWEALTH OF PENNSYLVANIA, STATE OF GEORGIA, STATE OF MICHIGAN, AND STATE OF WISCONSIN,

There are more partisan sources out there showcasing some irregularities such as the documentary 3000 mules, etc etc.

Again completely off the top of my head on this one.

Again, I am not saying that there were somehow massive dumpsters of votes opened at 3 am, I am more interested in if the slapdash laws put in place were legal, we’re created in a way not to benefit one candidate or another’s voters, and that they were followed and applied equally and fairly.

A lawsuit that got laughed out of court for being so ridiculous, and a "documentary" by a professional conspiracy theorist...
You need to do much better than that.

Vibes aren't evidence.

The lawsuit was knocked down for standing, that however does not mean they did not have a point in their overall argument, just they did not have grounds to bring it.

You wanted evidence I give you such sighed off by numerous attorneys’ general on the question on if these laws were legal.

Also swiftfox weren’t you the one yesterday bringing “wiki” articles that completely doctored Trump’s statements to take them out of context and make them appear as if he was calling for violence against congress? Partisan evidence is partisan evidence.

Ron DeSantis has won and by up to 15 points I am hearing, thus starting his Presidential campaign as a very popular figure in Florida.

The GOP have picked up four seats in Florida so far.

The first major wave seat is VA-10, if the Republicans do well at that seat tonight it could be a harbinger of a massive wave election tonight.

I'm really disappointed in Texas and Florida despite not living in either state. Though considering, everything is currently projected so stuff may change before the stuff is certified, according to NBC Texas may actually still be counting votes due the state being mostly blank. A lot of people are expecting a lot of "Red" leads to turn into another mirage like in 2020 due to much more people voting in this election compared to most midterm elections though honestly I can't tell and won't keep that as a promise.

I'm just hoping in case of the worst, Biden remembers that a Pocket Veto is a thing. Though he's probably getting impeach if Republicans win over something completely made up.

Greg Abbott has been projected to defeat Robert Francis ( Beto ) O'rourke in Texas, making Beto a three time political loser in the past 4 years and hopefully puts the end of his state and national career.

Democrats came very close to losing RI02 a Biden +13 seat, but look like they will hang on there, as well as VA10

I'm holding off on saying most projections are correct until the morning since there may be votes not counted yet and the Texas projections are being called by FOX News who have been known to lie, bloat, and outright hide news to their the viewers and NBC which I'm following still has most of Texas not counted yet, so I rather wait before calling victory unless the person in question has a major lead.

Good news for Dems tonight, as they are set to hold Rhode Island's 2nd congressional district. This district was opened by a retiring Democrat and was fiercely challenged by Allan Fung, and from the looks of it Fung is losing.

I am seeing results of Bryan Kemp being called in Georgia, easily beating Stacy Abrams for a second time, before 2020 she was the biggest election denier in the US, telling everyone she could that she had won.

And now they are about to elect Hershel Walker as their new Senator.

Fetterman declared the winner in PA. That'll help Dems' chances to keep the Senate.

Also here in NC, Democrat Wiley Nickel has defeated Republican Bo Hines in one of the most hotly contested House races.

Edit: Wisconsin Governor Tony Evers has been re-elected.

From the looks of RCP, the Republicans are looking to capture up to 3 or 4 seats in the Senate, 14 to 48 in the House, and 3 Governorships.

Abortion really does matter a lot, and its going to continue to haunt the GOP until the issue is definitively settled.

Trump is already shittalking DeSantis.

LOL

ROFLMAO even.

Trump's gonna lose to DeSantis in the GOP primary and convinces his voterbase that the entire thing was rigged and not to show up for the general.

It's not just Trump who's the problem. The problem is also the huge amount of MAGA chuds who believe his lies about the 2020 election being stolen by Biden. The next two years are gonna be a hilarious showdown between the last moderate Republicans and the screaming Qanon crowd.

Sorry, but the GOP will double and triple down on culture wars, abortion bans and 2020 election conspiracies, lol.

Man, Dems are picking up so many seats and dunking on chuds.

The Red Wave turned into the Red Wedding.

Not having grounds for a lawsuit renders any arguments they have invalid, though. Any argument can be valid without making sense. "I am a pig, pigs can fly, therefore I can also fly" is a valid argument; unfortunately its "grounds" - the idea that pigs can fly - is false, so the conclusion of the argument is also false.

Also, not having the grounds for a lawsuit implies that whoever is being sued didn't actually break any laws.

Looks like control of the Senate could come down to another runoff in Georgia.
