Animals, Plants and other Things not already used for Pokémon

Re: Animals, not already used for Pokémon

I have always dreamed that the following species would have a Poké form:
*Dolphin
*Arctic fox
*Robin
And something XD I can't come up with more right now : D

Re: Animals, not already used for Pokémon

I wanna see a meercat

Re: Animals, not already used for Pokémon

I'd love to see a Water Type dolphin.

Maybe a lemur Pokemon would be good too? Just, not Normal Type.

Re: Animals, not already used for Pokémon

Shinx and evo's is a Lynx not a Lion.

They look way more like lions than lynxes.

Luxray:

Lynx:

Really, the name is the lynx's only influence on the Shinx family.

Re: Animals, not already used for Pokémon

It looks more like a Lynx actually, similar body shape, and no mane for a Lion.

Re: Animals, not already used for Pokémon

Shinx's family is actually more similar to lions.
And I want to see a toucan pokémon...

Re: Animals, not already used for Pokémon

Plus, the "inx" is likely from "Sphynx", not Lynx. Anyway, on topic, I still think an opossum Pokemon is overdue.

The 'head spikes' coming out of Luxray's head actually resemble a lion's mane more than anything I can see on a lynx. Shinx and Luxio may be more reminiscent of lynxes, but not Luxray.

Re: Animals, not already used for Pokémon

Im so glad they finally did a zebra ! :)

Have they done an otter yet?

Re: Animals, not already used for Pokémon

Also, Buizel and Floatzel are otters, but they're river otters.

Im still thinking about extinct animals that would make good pokemon,

how about Glyptodon - this thing already looks like a pokemon

also Paraceratherium the largest land mammal ever

Ichthyosaur too

Also I think the Gastric brooding frog would be an interesting design, unfortunatly made extinct by humans in the 1980's partly due to the disasterous introduction of the Cane toad to Australia. This frog raised its young inside it's own body as a pokemon it could have a Probopass type arrangement with mini frogs firing from it's mouth.

If the Ichthyosaur was a pokemon then allot of fans who don't research will mistake it for a dolphin XD
